The Bowling Pin Lamp

Strike, thats what you need to turn this modern lamp on of off. Simply leave it standing and the lamp will illuminate the room like any other lamp (nothing unusual there). However, when knocked over or turned on its side the lamp will turn off automatically. I would like to tell you this product is reliable and robust and able to take a few bowling balls being thrown at it but it does actually have a bulb in it so is very fragile. Therefore throwing a bowling ball at it is not recommended.

Dalek Illuminating Wall Clock

Another Dr Who gadget, this latest one is called the Dalek illuminating Wall clock. For those of you that dont know, Doctor Who is a British science fiction program first shown on the BBC which was about the adventures of a time traveler known as “Doctor Who”. The Doctor travels through space in his time ship called the Tardis and fights against alien invaders called “The Daleks”.

I was never a Dr Who fan (maybe because i was scared of the Daleks) but i am a fan of some of the gadgets that’s being released. Todays gadget is a Dr Who Dalek wall clock which shines brightly through the night indicating the time clearly.

I am really into RC gadgets at the minute and recently seen this Radio Controlled Hovercraft and couldnt help but blog about it. It may be the kid in me but i just love Radio Controlled Toys and think this RC hovercraft would be an ideal Birthday or Christmas present…..for me! (hint hint family and friends).

Automatic Adjustable Wrench

I consider myself to be quite handy at DIY, give me a hammer and I can nail something together, a screwdriver and i can build something better, however give me a adjustable spanner or a adjustable wrench and im all fingers and thumbs.  However, this latest hand tool gadget could be the answer to all my problems.

The Automatic Adjustable Wrench has a electronic adjustable thread tool which automatically adjust to the size of the nut or bolt being tightened or loosened. Simply press the button and the wrench adjust to the correct size which is indicated on the scale at the side of the wrench.
