Digits Conductive Glove Pins – Keep Your Gloves On And Still Use Your Phone

Digits Conductive Glove Pins

It’s winter and it’s cold outside. No way you’re going to take off your gloves or mittens to use your iPhone or Smartphone. We recently showed you a great smartphone compatible glove solution from AGloves that lets you use your phone with your gloves on. However, unlike the capacitive touch screen gloves that have conductive fibers woven into the gloves, Digits Condutive Glove Pins are a less expensive solution that actually convert your existing gloves or mittens into touchscreen compatible gloves.

Digits Conductive Glove Pins work with any pair of gloves or mittens that you already own. With these conductive glove pins, you can easily convert your gloves into smartphone compatible gloves that let you operate touch screen devices without having to take your gloves off.

Here’s how the Digits Conductive Glove Pins Work

Digits conductive glove pins are made of a conductive silicone material and have a metal pin on the back that attach to your glove. To install, you simply place the back side of the conductive pin digit with the post inside of the fingertip of the glove and push through. Then you twist the other side of the silicone pad onto the post.

The Digits Conductive Glove Pins are really easy to install. Each set comes with four conductive glove pins and you can mix and match anyway you want. For example, you could place all four conductive pins on a single pair of gloves. Or you could install two glove pins on the fingers of two separate pairs of gloves.

The Digits Conductive Glove Pins are compatible with most touchscreen devices including iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android phones, and more. Next time you’re outside in the bitter cold and your phone rings, keep your gloves on and skip the frostbite with a set of Digits Conductive Glove Pins!

Agloves Capacitive Touch Screen Gloves

Agloves Capacitive Touch Screen Gloves

It’s bitter cold outside and you have your gloves or mittens on. You know it’s impossible to use your iPhone, Android phone or any touch screen device for that matter. It simply doesn’t work with your gloves on. And nothing’s worse than to have to take your gloves off just to use phone. The problem is solved with the Agloves Capacitive Touch Screen Gloves.

Don’t let the freezing cold outside stop you from getting those tweets out, dialing your phone or checking that Facebook page. The Agloves Capacitive Touch Screen Gloves keep your hands and fingers warm and still allow you to use your touch screen device. No more frostbite when you’re out in the elements and you need to send those text messages.

The problem with regular gloves is that they’re not conductive. And that means they simply won’t work with any touch screen device. All of these wonderful devices that we’ve become so dependent on use a capacitive touch screen that’s designed to work by sensing very small minute changes in electrical current when you touch the screen with your finger. And most gloves simply block that electrical activity.

The Agloves Capacitive Touch Screen Gloves, more like cozy mittens actually, have thousands of tiny silver threads wrapped around the nylon fibers which allow the electrical contact from your fingers to reach the surface of the touch screen on your iPhone, iPad, Android phone or any other capacitive touch screen device.

The capacitive touch screen gloves are super cozy, warm and snuggly and are stretchable to provide a nice snug fit which helps optimize the contact with your touch screen device as well. They come in two sizes, medium and large. To determine the proper fit, wrap a measuring tape around your hand, across your palm, just under your knuckles, and don’t include your thumb. See the agloves fitting chart for sizing details.

The Virtual Laser-Generated Keyboard

Virtual Laser-Generated Keyboard

iPads and iPhones are wonderful devices that have achieved enormous popularity. But while these devices strive for perfection, they do leave a bit to be desired for those of us that sorely miss the keyboard. If you’re like so many users that really do prefer a keyboard when you have to get some serious work done, then have a look at this cutting-edge new innovative keyboard device for the iPad and iPhone as well as Android Phones.

The Virtual Laser-Generated Keyboard is the latest keyboard invention that projects a laser-generated keyboard image onto any flat, opaque surface. A Class II laser draws a full-size 9 3/4 inch wide by 4 inch high keyboard and renders 3/4 inch square keys with a bit of drop shadow for visual depth.

The Virtual Laser-Generated Keyboard has an optical sensor that detects your finger placement at different locations on the keyboard in three dimensions. And an infrared horizontal plane is projected just millimeters above the surface which detects the actual contact your finger makes with the keys when the infrared plane is interrupted.

The virtual keyboard device translates the detected key strokes into the appropriate character code and sends to your iPhone, iPad or Android device via the Bluetooth radio interface, so no wires or cables needed.

The Virtual Laser-Generated Keyboard can keep pace with even the fastest typists, able to track typing speeds up to 400 characters per minute.  The rechargeable battery provides up to 2 1/2 hours of typing from a 1 1/2 hour charge using the included USB/AC adapter.  The virtual keyboard device dimensions are 3 inches high by 1 1/2 inches wide by 1 1/4″ deep, and a light weight 2 1/2 oz.

Samsung Galaxy Smartphone

The word stratosphere usually invokes thoughts about our planet’s upper atmosphere  and outer space. Now Samsung and Verizon Wireless bring a new meaning to the term stratosphere with their latest smartphone device, the Samsung Stratosphere. This latest breed of smartphone makes the other smart phone devices seem outdated. Once you move up to the Samsung Stratosphere you won’t ever want to go back.

This model comes under the Samsung Galaxy S family and is the second device in this family to be a 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) smartphone and to have an Android 2.3 Gingerbread system. This system will ensure updates from the Android wave plus easy accessibility to all Google services.

The Samsung Stratosphere has a four inch Super AMOLED screen that’s accompanied by a five row QWERTY keyboard making typing and maneuvering through this phone a piece of cake. Besides Microsoft Exchange Active Sync support, it is also B2B activated via Cisco making it more suitable for business and all you road warriors out there. But don’t let the business features stop you!

Instead of dual core, it still uses 1GHz single-core Humming Bird, but don’t let that throw you off. It has a download speed of 5Mbps – 12Mbps and upload speeds of 2Mbps to 5Mbps when you’re within a 4G Mobile coverage area. The Stratosphere has two cameras, the 5.0 Megapixel with LED flash at the back and the 1.3 Megapixel up front.

Of course the Samsung Stratosphere is WIFI capable and has some pretty cool security features. It’s one of the most complete packages we’ve seen and won’t leave you wanting for more. The phone has a market list price of $ 499.00 and should be available at the nearest Verizon Wireless outlet near you. You might also want to consider a super convenient online purchase through the Amazon Wireless store, the new Samsung Stratosphere is available for only $.01 (one penny) depending on the service type/plan you choose. Now that’s almost free!

Are you sick of smart phones already? Well, I am not, so bear with me as we go through another review of the latest smart phone on the block – the LG Marquee. Like most other smart phones, it gives you the capability to surf the Internet, navigate around unfamiliar surroundings and all sorts of other fancy stuff. Of course, the question on your mind would probably be – how does the LG Marquee compare to other smart phones already on the market? Read on to find out if it is worth investing in yet another smart phone.

Like I mentioned earlier, the LG Marquee is definitely a lot like other smart phone’s of its ilk. You can do so much with your phone now that I won’t really go into the details of what this smart phone can do for you. However, it does come with Nova screen technology which means that you won’t have to squint at the screen while out in bright sunlight. I am sure that you would definitely have been in such situations before and found it annoying. I tested it by bringing it out to the garden at 12:00 noon and trust me, it works and it does make it a lot easier to use the LG Marquee anywhere you go.

It is slim, fashionable and sleek plus it works well in sunlight. What is there to hate about the LG Marquee? There is nothing bad about it actually. If it is your first time looking into purchasing a smart phone, make it the LG Marquee which is a good introduction.
