But while these devices strive for perfection, they do leave a bit to be desired for those of us that sorely miss the keyboard. If you’re like so many users that really do prefer a keyboard when you have to get some serious work done, then have a look at this cutting-edge new innovative keyboard device for the iPad and iPhone as well as Android Phones.

The Virtual Laser-Generated Keyboard is the latest keyboard invention that projects a laser-generated keyboard image onto any flat, opaque surface. A Class II laser draws a full-size 9 3/4 inch wide by 4 inch high keyboard and renders 3/4 inch square keys with a bit of drop shadow for visual depth.

The Virtual Laser-Generated Keyboard has an optical sensor that detects your finger placement at different locations on the keyboard in three dimensions. And an infrared horizontal plane is projected just millimeters above the surface which detects the actual contact your finger makes with the keys when the infrared plane is interrupted.

The virtual keyboard device translates the detected key strokes into the appropriate character code and sends to your iPhone, iPad or Android device via the Bluetooth radio interface, so no wires or cables needed.

The Virtual Laser-Generated Keyboard can keep pace with even the fastest typists, able to track typing speeds up to 400 characters per minute. The rechargeable battery provides up to 2 1/2 hours of typing from a 1 1/2 hour charge using the included USB/AC adapter. The virtual keyboard device dimensions are 3 inches high by 1 1/2 inches wide by 1 1/4″ deep, and a light weight 2 1/2 oz.

Available: <a

Now you can. The Logitech Wireless Touchpad allows you to do all that and more.

Besides it being larger in size as it is 5-inches long and wide, it can also be used from a distance. For example, if you were watching a movie with your friends and suddenly the movie required that you click on another file because it is divided into two parts, wouldn’t it be a hassle to have to pass through all of your friends just to click on some file and then have to go through the trouble of passing through all of your friends again just to sit in your place?

The Logitech wireless touchpad surely makes things easier. Rather than having to go through all that trouble, the wireless touchpad can be used from the leisure of your seat. The mechanism of this wireless touchpad is almost the same as the wireless mouse as it is cordless, hassle free, and uses a USB dongle connected to your pc, but it has got a much more modernized style than a wireless mouse.

Its advanced 2.4 GHz wireless dongle allows you to connect to another five peripherals. It also has an LED battery life indicator that tells you if the battery is low. With this wireless touchpad, scrolling, zooming, and clicking sure have become much easier.

Available: <a

Dusting or wiping has never been the real solution to this niggling problem. At best, you just move the dust and dirt around. At worst, you can scratch expensive cases or damage delicate parts.

Now, Dust Extinguisher Mini Vacuum solves the problem by vacuuming dust and dirt away-safely and quickly, albeit with a more fanciful appearance. It was ironically designed to resemble a fire extinguisher. It comes with a 4” nozzle to remove annoying dust or crumbs where vacuuming is impractical; however do not count on it to put out fires! I’m sure that the quirky appearance of this bite-sized home gadget certainly manages to arouse the curiosity of consumers.

Toys that are visually interesting will definitely attract children to explore and play. This concept also applies to this miniature device, as it is cute and small enough to be handled by the little ones. As hilarious as it may sound, your kids might just as well come to your rescue when a dust crisis occurs, the same way firefighters save you from burning flames. At the same time, the kids might have the opportunity to learn a thing or two about cleanliness!

This desktop gadget runs on 2 AA batteries to perform a tornado spree, and with a twist of the cap, the filler will be displaced so as to allow cleaning of the vacuum. Best part of all, it only cost $13!

Available: <a

You usually are too late and you find your turkey over baked or the tub over flowing leaving you with only regrets and sometimes a huge mess to clean up. The alarm on your mobile device is always sufficient enough but let’s be honest, finding it, setting the alarm and keeping it with u constantly can be tedious and troublesome.

So, why not use Timerrr? Timerrr is an online application that works similar to an actual countdown timer and has a maximum countdown of an hour. To use it, all you have to do hit the webpage and set the time. It’s that easy that anyone who knows how to open a web browser would know how to use it.

You can just drag the red pointer towards the preferred time and you’re just about done. When the countdown is over, you will be notified and the amount of time you lingered on the pc after the notice or the alarm had sounded, will also be displayed. If you are one that is into the classics, then you can also change the mode of the application to the egg timer version.

There will be no more regrets and no more sudden rushes, all with the help of Timerrr. Staying track of time can be as easy as breathing with Timerrr, the simple and fulfilling application.

For an industry which purportedly is one of the most revolutionizing and innovative of all, some things have remained relatively unchanged for decades in the computing sector. The basic design of the mouse for instance can hardly be differentiated from that of the original design created more than a few decades earlier. The only small detail that could perhaps pass off as an innovation is the modern use of laser technology to determine position compare to the trackball mouse; which was more prone to dirt and grime.

If you had ever found yourself yearning for a mouse that is in a league of its own, or are always fed up with the banal selection your local computer store can offer you, you might want to give serious consideration to the Kandenchi Designer Mouse. Sculpted and modeled after the basic design of a battery, the Kandenchi mouse is intended to be use upright as opposed to the face down position of a conventional mouse.

Although using the mouse might take some time to get used to, reviews and feedback have suggested the gadget is more comfortable than traditional mice after a certain period of usage. Make sure that your operating system is XP or higher in the case of Windows users or Mac OS 10.5 and above in the case of Macintosh consumers. Be prepared too to fork out at least $65 for the mouse. Most of us prefer to use a mouse when we browse the web on our laptops but we can’t navigate through our computer if our mouse is on a smooth surface and sometimes we tend to forget to bring our mouse when we travel.

So, Smart Fish invented a portable mouse bag that can also be used as a mouse pad. It is a mouse bag that can be transformed into a mouse pad in just a second. It also protects your mouse when it is in your bag and it saves a lot of luggage space.

The Mouse Pad Travel Pouch only comes in one colour which is black. To transform the mouse bag into a mouse pad, simply unzip the bag and you have a mouse pad in front of you. it isn’t an ideal mouse pad for gamers since it has zippers around it and you might not feel comfortable while playing game with it. When the mouse bag is unzipped, it becomes a 9 inch diameter mouse pad. It is made out of neoprene material so the mouse pad is smooth but the sides can be a little irritating.

When you are done using the mouse and the pad, simply place the mouse in the middle of the pad and zip it up. You now have a bag for a mouse! Simple isn’t it? The retail price for the mouse pad travel pouch is at $15.

[Source: <a

However, once a concept product, the Cool Leaf keyboard has proven that it is not a let-down. The Cool Leaf is a keyboard with a mirrored surface, a product by Japanese company Minebea.

Making use of the popular touch screen technology, the mirrored keyboard is actually a big capacitive touch panel, with a reflective surface. To put it simply, it is a touch screen keyboard compatible with your existing computer. You may not be used to typing with a touch screen keyboard, without the keys and the clicking sound that a typical keyboard makes. Minebea has thought of this, and incorporated haptic feedback into the Cool Leaf, so that there will be a little vibration each time you hit a key.

Besides being cool, another advantage that the mirror keyboard renders is its easy cleaning. With the Cool Leaf, you don’t need to worry about dust getting caught between the keys and in the crevices anymore. And in case anything spills on it, all you have to do is to give it a good wipe, and it’ll be as clean as brand new. You don’t need to waste time and effort cleaning between keyboard keys anymore.

The only flipside is that is currently only compatible with Windows OS, so it may disappoint users of other operating systems. It is priced around $245 and available in Japanese, English, German, Italian and French layout.

[Source: <a

However if I said to you the words Reverse Printer what would you think? Maybe something that does the complete opposite or reverse of a normal printer, i.e. a piece of hardware that sucks paper in the wrong way and removes the ink? Well that’s almost what we mean with the latest concept gadget published on Yanko Design.

Basically the Reverse Printer is a normal looking printer but it can remove ink from paper. It removes ink from the paper by using laser technology. You may be thinking why would you want to do that? Well I can think of two good reasons straight away.

Firstly, you may want to be eco-friendly and re-use or recycle the paper. Once ink has been stripped you can put it in a normal inkjet or laser printer and print on it again. You can keep repeating this process until the quality of the paper decreases that it is unable to be printed on. Secondly, I see it as a very useful way of removing sensitive data from paper. Lots of people these days shred their bank statements, however if someone goes through the bin and collects all the pieces they can easily read the shredded material. I see this as the number one reason to use a Reverse Printer.

[Source: <a
