shadow caddy

I have just started playing golf and purchased my first full set off golf clubs recently. After playing a full 18 holes I now know why professionals have a golf caddy (bag full of clubs do get heavy!). The Shadow Caddy is a unique golfing product that makes use of robotic technology.  Simply place your gold clubs and bag onto the caddy and it will follow you around the course allowing you to concentrate on your golf.

Features:

  • Completely hands free: Unlike golf carts that are controlled by remote control, the Shadow Caddy follows a small transmitter that is attached to the golfer’s belt.
  • Object detection: To prevent unnecessary bumps and collisions the Shadow Caddy has integrated object detection system.
  • Extra Storage: The Shadow Caddy can store drinks, teas, extra balls, mobile phones, etc to enhance your golfing experience.
  • Availability: Shadow Caddy has just been launched in Australia. It will be launched in the UK, Canada and South Africa in 2009 with other markets will follow shortly after that.

The Shadow Caddy is a great product which won the INNOVIC’s Next Big Thing Award™ in 2008 and more recently the ABC New Inventors Program. However, the expense of the Shadow Caddy will make it out of most golfers reach, whereas many golf clubs may purchase them to hire out for a small fee.

twin parabolic ski

Skiing is a passion with most of us. There are some of us who are still learning skiing and others are really good in the art yet fail at times. Accidents never tell before happening and I wonder what we will do if we had a collision some time, especially if someone is on the snowboard because it’s really hard to control your speed with a snowboard.

It may actually be really risky for our lives as well as others who are skiing around us. Now that was when I was engrossed and fully occupied in my thoughts, I got to know about this Twin Parabolic Ski, which is the ultimate skiing gadget especially made for the future generation. Actually the Twin Parabolic Ski can truly act as a savior and if you don’t know much about skiing, Twin Parabolic Ski can be your best buddy. The Twin Parabolic Ski is crafted upon the idea of having four edges instead of two to help you with a safer skiing experience. Actually Twin Parabolic Ski is made for racing purposes and since it involves lot of risk, the best way of countering that risk is through Twin Parabolic Ski. Its single ski comprises of actually two skis and is through hinges linked. The Twin Parabolic Ski is, in the middle, attached by an upraised. That means that whenever one has to stop or take a turn, he can use four edges rather than two. This will ensure a safer ride as the speed will be controlled and the impact will be thereby

Designed and thought by Charlie Pyott, the Twin Parabolic Ski is a great idea. Although there is not much information if actually some one has been using the Twin Parabolic Ski or not, yet there is no doubt that the concept is out of the world. it seems Charlie Pyott has actually done a lot of brainstorming and research to come up with this enthusiastic idea that is quite promising. So even if you cant use the Twin Parabolic Ski, 15 years down the lane, our next generation will have a mind boggling time with them.

rc propellor skateboard

I tried skateboarding when I was younger, and to be honest didnt quite understand it. Afterall, it seemed like so much hard work just to get the board moving, and even then I never got much speed up.  This Skateboarding gadget would have helped, its called the RC Propellor Powered Skateboard. Lets be fair, with the propeller powered skateboard some tricks that can be performed with normal skateboards can not be done, however for the casual skateboarder then I can see it being handy. The unit is powered by a gas powered model airplane motor.

inflatable skateboard

Skateboarding is a popular sport and hobby. To be frank I never really got the hang of it when I was younger but I have to admit to having a lot of respect for the serious skateboarders like Tony Hawks. However, the skateboarding world has a new gadget out called the Inflatable Skateboard. The Benefit of this invention is that it is smaller (when depressed can be rolled up), lighter, and kind of stylish. Just a concept idea at the minute, I am unsure whether the Inflatable skateboard will catch on.
