Stressed, anxious, unable to sleep? The mind relaxer is the gadget for you. Featuring biorhythmic sound and light patterns the Mind Relaxer is ideally suited to freeing an individuals mind from the outside distractions.
The light patterns are produced from 12 LEDs which are embedded into each of the two glasses (one pair uses white LEDs, the other uses blue LEDs). Sound produced match four frequencies–beta, alpha, theta, and delta. These sound frequencies oscillate between 1 and 30 Hz. The combination of sound and color induces a state of relaxation and meditation to the individual.
The Mind Relaxer control unit contains 18 sound and light programs (more available from download) which range in color, sounds and length of time (11 to 69 minutes).
