What is a LED Binary Watch?

A LED Binary Watch is different from other watches in that it displays the time using Light Emitting Diodes (LED’s). Now the million dollar question, how do you actually tell the time? Well, the watch face features 10 colored LED’s (either red or blue) that indicate the binary sequence (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32). To tell the time the rows of lighted LED’s are added up, the top row of LED’s are used to determine the hour, and the lower row of LED’s equates to the minutes. To operate the watch and to preserve battery life the time is displayed on the LED’s for 5 seconds once the push button is pressed.
