OLED also known as Organic Light-Emitting Diode is the technology behind TMDisplays latest creation. Measuring just 2.2 inches the OLED panel features QVGA quality graphics with a lifetime of 60,000 hours. Estimated production date will be March 2009, this small device consumes just 100mW and will be targeting mobile devices.
