Magnet is one of nature’s many magical creations that we have grown to depend on in our daily lives. Whether it’s used as fridge magnets or as electricity generators, we spend most of our life reaping the benefits of magnets. This almost magical like material never fails to awe us with its limitless uses and supply. I’m pretty sure that playing with magnets at times can be just as fun as your Nintendo Wii or even your PlayStation3. What better way to play with it but with one of the many creations of Bucky Fuller, the Buckycubes.
The American scientist cum inventor, Bucky Fuller first came out with the spherical version of the Buckycubes called the Buckyballs. Unfortunately there were only a few things that you could do or build with the spheres but with the new Buckycubes, those limits are no longer in sight. Buckycubes is a desk toy that is made up of 125 unique earth magnets that are strong and durable.
The Buckycubes have no specific purpose and only offer you pure fun of mixing them up and creating buildings and other designs. You can twist, turn, bend, and stack these cubes as much as you see fit. These remarkable magnets can be purchased at a price of $25.00 and can be found at the nearest toy store or science store. These silver cubes can be quite hazardous due their strength and size so it is advisable to keep children away unless there’s an adult present to guide them.

The Sony HD-PG5 is the first series of external hard drives released by a company not really known for its memory storage devices. The external hard drive boasts 500 GB of storage, which is really useful if you are an avid downloader of torrents thought this can’t really compare with the 1TB offered by other more well-established brands in the external hard drive market.
However, the Sony HD-PG5 will impress you with its Data Transfer Accelerator software which promises to double the speed of data transfers on its USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 connections. If you are style-conscious, then you won’t be disappointed as the external hard drive comes in black and white finishes and has a scratch-resistant layer of paint to ensure its sleek look is maintained.
What is most impressive about the Sony HD-PG5 external hard drive is that its compatibility with the range of BRAVIA televisions enables you to directly record HD TV programs from the tuner or any connected cable or satellite service through USB connection. You can also transfer video footage directly from compatible Handycam camcorders with Direct Copy function without connecting through a computer thanks to the included USB adapter cable.
Additionally, you can hook up the Sony HD-PG5 to your PlayStation 3 to play videos and photos. It comes with a suite of security and backup software as well to ensure your stored data are well-protected and retrievable in case of any mishap. Fans will be delighted to know that this baby weighing 180 grams is expected to reach the United Kingdom, France and Germany by mid-July.

All you gamer fans take note. Sony has recently unveiled its latest handheld gaming device, the Sony PlayStation Vita. The device gives off an unimposing first impression as it looks just like another PlayStation Portable. Reviewers were initially skeptical by what extra features the Vita can bring to a table already laden with numerous types of handheld gaming gadgets.
However, they have been blown away by the clear quality of graphics displayed on its 7.2 inch by 3.3 inch by 0.73 inch screen and advanced technology. It boasts a 16:9 screen ratio and a 960 by 544 pixel resolution. The device also has a 5-inch touchscreen and a touchpad on the back which may puzzle users at first but will prove to be useful for certain games.
What makes the Sony PlayStation Vita truly outstanding is that its screen guarantees clearness at all angles. You can tip it front, back, left, right and any which way you want but the result will be the same; crystal clear displays. The device looks ordinary enough with its dual analog controls that come with thumbsticks and front and rear-facing cameras, but it also comes with six-axis motion sensors and operates on Augmented Reality technology.
The Sony PlayStation Vita comes in two versions- WiFi only and 3G. Both of these will enable you to pinpoint the exact location of your opponents and initiate a battle with them if it pleases you so.
