Workrave Software Exercises

Blogging full time about gadgets means I spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer. I try to take a break when I can but sometimes I get so engrossed in what I am doing that I can forget to leading to migraines and eye strain. However, with the Workrave program you no longer need to remember to take a break you will be told to and asked to do some exercises to prevent Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). The program works by alerting you when you need to take a break and do some exercises by flashing a message on the computer screen.

Compatible with both Linux and Microsoft Windows this is a software gadget that I definitely will be installing.

Microsoft ARC mouse

Microsoft as many of you know is not just a software provider but also dabbles into hardware and peripheral devices. The latest gadget is called the wireless ARC mouse. Not much information is available currently but we can confirm it is wireless and that the rear of the mouse can be folded to make it more compact for easier storage.
