Dumb-bell Cutlery

Finding a way to keep fit in this fast pace world is the question that everyone has been wondering about. We’ve read in magazines, watched on television and even heard on the radio that it’s enough to just allocate 20 minutes a day, two or three times a week to exercise.

However, just how any people actually do follow that regime and also continuously? Technology has proven to improve our way of living by allowing us follow our daily schedule and also exercise at the same time without having to go through the trouble of gyms or fitness centres. Dumb-bell Cutlery allows you to eat as you have always eaten but workout at the same time. It’s all together a three piece collection where it consists of a knife and fork weighing 1kg each, and a hefty 2kg desert spoon. Quite a neat fitness gadget dont you think?

The logic of the weight is simple. Since desserts such as ice cream, cakes, and puddings contain the most calories, the weight of the dessert spoon is of course the heaviest. It’s also because dessert is eaten by using a single spoon only whereas the main course is eaten by using two utensils; a fork and also a knife which brings to 2kg in total. By eating regularly you won’t only gain weight but also lose weight.

By using these, the message that ‘you gain what you eat’ gets across. Now, not only do you do it two or three times a week. It can even happen three times daily! The most body benefiting utensils you could ever have.
