Sony Ericsson Introduces Yari Slider Phone For Gamers

Sony Ericsson uncovered Yari the latest gaming phone at an event in London. This slider phone is equipped with an in-built accelerometer for gesture gaming or motion controlled gaming. Outside the Japanese market Yari is the first phone in the industry which features gesture gaming. Games like tennis, boxing and others are already preloaded in this phone.

It also boasts 5 mega pixel auto focus camera with 4x digital zoom allowing the users to click high quality snaps. The camera functions include fascination features like video recording, face detection, smile detection and GPS based geo tagging.

Weighing 115g and measuring at 100mm x 48mm x 15.7mm make this phone very portable. This phone has a 60MB of in-built memory and it come with a 1GB micro SD card. Yari is available in two unusual colors i.e. Achromatic Black and Cranberry white. DLNA support, Google maps, Youtube access are other noteworthy features of this phone.

T-Mobile has added another mobile phone to their range of products called the Samsung T929 Leica (or some may know it as the Samsung Pixon). Featuring touch screen technology the Leica is designed more as a camera than a mobile phone. What makes me say that? Well how about the 8MP camera with features such as auto focus, anti-shake technology, face and smile detection recognition technology.

Video recording is also possible with the Samsung T929 Leica with its 30 frames per second recording speed and 720 x 480 pixels.
