Timeless Garden Clock

Another day another clock gadget, this one is called the Timeless Garden. Its called the Timeless Garden because it in theory is just that a clock and a garden all in one. The clock is powered by the chemical reaction taking place between soil in the garden with the metal casing, therefore no batteries or electrical outlet is required. I presume the water you give to the plants is also involved in the chemical reaction, however dont quote me on that.

Mini Hydro Clock

Mini Hydro Clock

Its about time we posted some more eco friendly gadgets, so here goes. Let me introduce to you the Mini Hydro Clock. I can’t really say much about its features as it doesn’t have an alarm clock or date setting like other clocks, however it is very good and reliable at displaying the time.

How is it so good?

Well the Mini Hydro Clock is able to tell the time well after its power source has ran out by using an alternative duel source.

We have posted about other eco friendly gadgets before, for example the Water Powered Calculator that is powered by water, however the small Hydro powered Clock pushes the boundary a little bit further in that it can be powered by any liquid be it milk, beer, or coke. Personally, I would just stick to water though.

At 1″ by 2″ its small and compact and more useful as a desk clock, but the attractive nature of the clock has to be that no batteries are required.

Another Dr Who gadget, this latest one is called the Dalek illuminating Wall clock. For those of you that dont know, Doctor Who is a British science fiction program first shown on the BBC which was about the adventures of a time traveler known as “Doctor Who”. The Doctor travels through space in his time ship called the Tardis and fights against alien invaders called “The Daleks”.

I was never a Dr Who fan (maybe because i was scared of the Daleks) but i am a fan of some of the gadgets that’s being released. Todays gadget is a Dr Who Dalek wall clock which shines brightly through the night indicating the time clearly.

Priced at $24.99 I hope this Dr Who Figure wont cause you to have nightmares!
