The Digital Wellness Monitor has an accelerometer that detects and monitors the intensity and duration of your movements. It keeps track of the steps you take, how much distance you travel, including the elevation and with this collected date is able to compute the number of calories you burn.

When you sleep, you can fit the sensor in the included wristband which is able to detect tiny tremors and movements in your wrist to measure the following key sleep patterns and behavior:

• How often you wake up.
• How long you actually remain asleep (as opposed to just lying in bed).

The wellness monitor has a digital screen that displays each of the various readings that the device can track. You can also upload your wellness tracking information to a website online anytime you are within 15 feet of the USB charging station. From the website, once your data is uploaded, you can view your wellness data on time lines, charts and graphs.

The included software for uploading the wellness data to the website  is compatible with Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Mac. The Digital Wellness Monitor can operate for up to 7 days on a single 1 1/2 hour charge (through the USB charging station). An extremely compact and portable device, the wellness monitor dimensions are 2 1/4 inches long, 3/4 inches wide and 1/2 inch deep.
