It is a bright and sunny Sunday morning where you are out jogging in the park when a blurry object suddenly zooms by in front of you and stops a few feet from the main path. Shifting your attention to the object, you spot a lady picking up a grinning toddler and fussing over him.
Every toddler deserves some fun and exercise before they are placed into the cruel society to fend for themselves. Unfortunately, nowadays, many toddlers are spoilt with their parent’s iPhone or iPads. They might not know how to play it, but the curious nature of the toddler certainly attracts them to these technological apparatuses. Fortunately, Hammacher Schlemmer’s Soapbox Derby kids gadget – priced at $149.95, is here to save the little one’s day!
The Toddler’s Soapbox Derby consists of a platform and a gently inclined 6-foot track. To play, a ride-on coupe can be placed onto the platform while the toddler ascends a sturdy step up the platform. Upon mounting the coupe, toddlers will be able to zoom down the ramp for an adrenaline filled ride across the room or an open field. In addition to that, toddlers can also pit their miniature race cars against each other by launching them down the ramp or even slide down the ramp without the coupe for a variety of fun.
The Soapbox Derby is in fact, very compact and can be easily transportable as each section can be removed and cleaned separately before fitting into the base, which comes with an integrated set of wheels.
